• Custom Orders / OEM/ODM: Processing time varies depending on production requirements. Customers will be informed about estimated shipping time during order confirmation.

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery:

• Middle East Local Delivery: From our Dubai warehouse for faster delivery.

• International Shipping: Direct from China via air or sea freight.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on order volume, weight, and destination:

• Small B Buyers & Retail Orders: Standard shipping rates apply.

• Bulk Orders / Custom Orders: Shipping costs calculated individually.

5. Tracking Orders

All shipments include tracking numbers. Customers can track their packages online via the logistics provider’s portal.

6. Delivery Time Estimates

• Dubai & UAE: 1–5 business days

• Other Middle East Countries: 3–10 business days

• International Orders: 7–30 business days depending on destination and shipping method

All orders undergo factory checks and Dubai warehouse inspections to ensure product quality before shipping.
